Shipping & Deliveries

Fireplace Warehouse ETC maintains a large inventory of barbeques, grill accessories and fireplaces in order to reduce shipping times.

Local zone orders consisting of in-stock items range from 3-12 business days to reach a customer. Customers will be contacted if a purchased item is not in-stock or if there is reason to believe the item cannot be delivered within the above specified time frame based on ordering from the manufacturer.

Larger and heavier items are shipped to our local zone by our own delivery trucks within the following radius of our Denver, Colorado Springs and Fort Collins stores:

• North – Fort Collins, Wellington
• East – Greely, Aurora, Elizabeth, Falcon, Colorado Springs
• South – Colorado Springs, Fort Carson
• West – Fort Collins, Loveland, Longmont, Boulder, Golden, Morrison, Colorado Springs

Note – larger and heavier items can be shipped outside of the local shipping zone noted above and across the Continental US for a flat fee of $299.

Local Shipping Zone Rates – Heavy Items:

Store pickup and no assembly – Free
Flat rate delivery and no assembly – $149

Note – above orders including smaller and lighter accessories will be delivered at the same time and included in the rate of $149.

For small and lighter packages only, Fireplace Warehouse ETC ships via FedEx. Delivery rates are noted on your shopping cart and checkout page based on your delivery city and zip code.

If you choose parcel shipping, FedEx will provide order tracking services. When your order has shipped, you will receive and email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the link provided and entering your tracking number.
